Where Bodrum, Turkey is

Bodrum sits on the peninsula of the same name at the southwestern tip of the Aegean coast, in Muğla province, which also contains Fethiye, Marmaris and Datça. In antiquity it was Halicarnassus, home of the tomb of Mausolus.
